If this is your first order, then please purchase the item you wish to buy
(and the amount), this will add to your "cart". You can then continue shopping or
go to the checkout. BUT, before you click go to the checkout, you must first click
a delivery method from the drop down menu. On the next page it will ask you if you
are already a member, which you will not be, so leave the dot as it is and enter your
email address. (Do NOT try adding your password as at this stage you will not have
one). Click "Continue with checkout" whereby it will take you to a page where it will
ask you to enter a password of your choice and where you fill in your personal and
delivery details. Click continue where you can put any special delivery instructions in.
On this last page it will give you options in which you can pay for the item. Please click
the approriate one and follow the instructions.
When purchasing dividers/labels, to see which packs you require, look at the underside of the drawer and you will see a code number. The last 1/2 digits after the "-" tells what size you require. ie if you require items for the drawer size 150 - 02 then you will require dividers which code ends - 02. Meaning, the dividers will be the RAACO DIVIDERS 150-02 24x57/87 and for the labels will be DRAWER / BIN LABELS 24x18/87 02 107778

We now use Parcelforce & UKMail to make our deliveries. These are sent out every day at 2pm Monday - Friday ONLY. Orders placed AFTER 1.45pm may not go out till the following day. We can deliver to an alternative address if you are not going to be in.
ALL Royalmail post (under 2 kilo's) is dispatched out on either a Tuesday or a Friday which ever comes first. There are no exceptions to this unless the "next day" surcharge has been paid.
We apologise for delivery delays but will not be held liable should your parcel not be delivered on time.
